Pointing FINGERS !!!

We all have ever experienced the moments when something goes wrong and our superior was only looking for who to blame. They will keep saying, "this was supposed to be done like this in the first place! why did you do the thing you do? what were you doing at that time? how can you be so careless?" ( =.=! Duhh~ ) Some of our superior may not even been bothered to know the real story of why everything happened the way it had happened. Gosh!! What a tragic moment of life!


We get so stressed out and feel like rebelling. We go like, What are you?! Mr/Mrs-so-Perfect?! What's wrong with these people? C'mon! That shouldn't be an act of a superior. Well, a good superior i mean. Okay, things has gone wrong. Let's just face it. But, what's wrong with seeking ways to solve 'em out. Pointing our fingers only to blame someone won't solve even a tiny bit of the problems. It only make things GO WORSE!


There are better solutions for ANY KIND of problems. Be it BIG or small.
Rule No1: NO POINTING FINGERS!
Rule No2: ADMIT our Own Mistakes! (whoever fault it is!)
Rule No3: Find out what the Main Problem is.
Rule No4: Find out the Cause.
Rule No5: Find ways to make things BETTER. TOGETHER!


You see, a Good Leader was supposedly say this words in the first place, "Okay, What can WE do about this?" In times of troubles, a LEADER suppose to be LEADING his/her team carefully not to split out in chaos. They suppose to be the one we can rely on, who will defend us, show us how to do it the right way. Never mind if they do scold us, it's common. It's all learning process to be a better person. Just take it positively, no hard feeling. But, they (the Leader) must first pay attention of making things better not POINTING THEIR FINGERS! We make mistakes, we learn and we GREW. That's LIFE. Cheers for a co-operative team!
